Costs for electrical installations

in the middle of the house planning, we have received a first offer from an electrician.
Briefly about the house: approx. 150sqm + basement.
In addition to sockets for all floors and 8 network connections ([Davon 4 im Wohnzimmer]), we have planned electric shutters (individual controls) and approx. 24 spots. Of course, also connections for washing machine, dryer, stove, etc. Thermostats for the underfloor heating.

All in all, no major extras.

The first offer is over €14,000, which seems very expensive to us.

What surprises me:
He charges €32 per socket. That's okay, but if 4 sockets are next to each other, it's 4 times €32 (including installation). Is that normal? The same applies to the network connections, of course.

Mixed calculation. Besides, the holes usually don’t make themselves in the wall. All 4 also have to be wired. That also takes a few minutes.

With 100-120 pieces including everything, the price including VAT should be within range.
