you should already have the foundation slab as an offer, including strip foundations, edge insulation, drainage connections, and foil/welding membrane against rising moisture; this should be around €18,000 including the garage slab. You can estimate the cistern at around €4,000. I would estimate the inspection shaft and sewer connection at €3,000, and the removal of topsoil with a capillary breaking layer at €2,500.

Just ask Glatthaar for a list of builders from your area and get offers from them.

thank you very much for the answer! With 18TEUR you are not too far off, however without a garage, a strip foundation will probably suffice.

We are currently getting offers for the rest, first results do not bode well! You are way off with 5.5TEUR, guess which direction

Well, now we wait for the remaining offers and are already breaking open our piggy banks...
