Cost of two carports in the Nuremberg area

Cutting, delivering and erecting wood for carport: flat rate €6200/8*6=4650
Nailing tongue and groove roof sheathing, mounting counter battens: approx. 21m² at €58 = 1218€
Delivering and mounting titanium zinc gutter and drain: flat rate €950/8*6= 713
Delivering and mounting trapezoidal sheet with anti-condensation coating in anthracite: 23m² at €95 = 2185€

That is a net approx. €8,800 instead of €11,500 for the small CP. Then just remove the sheathing, only battens, remove anti-condensation coating then we are at approx. €6.5k net. I want to say it can be done cheaper.

I would have the material prices shown (one m2 trapezoidal sheet without anti-condensation coating costs for example less than 12 euros) and reserve the right to provide the material myself.

Thank you for your comments, I will discuss everything with him and look for two other offers. Finding a carpenter who still has the motivation given the current workload is difficult. We will do the foundation ourselves, that is not a problem. We are also still considering the self-build kit. Regards
