Cost of two carports in the Nuremberg area

we are currently at the topic of carports, after that everything on the house and property is finished.
We have an offer from a recommended carpenter.

Carport 1: 8x3.5m

Cut, deliver and assemble wood for the carport: flat rate €6200
Nail roof sheathing in tongue and groove, install counter battens: approx. 28m² at €58 = €1624
Deliver and install gutter and downpipe in titanium zinc: flat rate €950
Deliver and install trapezoidal sheet with anti-condensation coating in anthracite: 30m² at €95 = €2850
Deliver and attach wall cladding in larch as rhombus slats (only one long side): 20m² at €85 = €1700
= €13324

Carport 2: No wall cladding - otherwise like above - only with the dimensions 6x3.5m = flat rate €11500

Net: €24824
19%: €4716.56
Gross: €29540.56

I find nearly €30K for two carports a lot of money, but at the same time I have no idea if this reflects current prices or not.

The whole project would be in the Nürnberg area, Bavaria.

For a carport from the carpenter, this seems relatively common to me. The solution is to order a kit and do it yourself. Then you can get it done significantly cheaper.

But the founding is still missing.

You should definitely get additional offers.

I wonder why roof boarding, roof battens would suffice. Why anti-condensation? A few drops of water don't hurt any car. I have neither boarding nor anti-condensation and nothing drips.

Why 3.5 * 8 m? My carport is 3 * 5 m.
