Hello,
I am planning to build or have built a wooden frame shell house.
Does anyone of you have experience regarding the approximate cost of materials for the interior finishing of a wooden frame house?
What I am mainly looking for are the costs for insulation, paneling, and screed. Wallpaper and floor coverings are not included for me.
The living area should be between 120 and 150 m².

Regards

Kero

Hello, I don't think you can say that so generally, it always depends on the quality in which you want to have the material. You should get a quote. Or do you want to do everything yourself, then of course it will be cheaper!?

Hi, it depends on whether you do everything yourself or have it done. Because then only the pure costs for the material apply. Otherwise, the wages really add up, if you imagine that a craftsman easily charges over 50 euros per hour, without materials of course!!

Hello,
so I only need the material, I want to install it myself. Tools are also available (consumables like saw blades and so on must of course be purchased if needed). Time factor is also not a problem since I currently live rent-free.

Hi Kero, even if you do everything yourself, you still have to take your time into account, because if you are at the construction site, you cannot go to work. Even if you do everything in your free time, you will need helpers, otherwise I cannot imagine it.

Hi,
if you want to do everything yourself, you must not forget that you often earn more at work than if you take time off and do the work yourself. Craftsmen are expensive, but it can be cheaper for you to pay others than to take unpaid leave.
