Yes, I’m surprised too. But I just took a look at the construction project of , which with 3 units, >600sqm, underground parking, etc., is also somewhat more extensive—and in Munich. For that reason, I think it should be a bit cheaper for our project.

so I have not yet spoken to an energy consultant myself, but my house provider searched for one after I asked him about the surcharge for KfW40+.
He has now found one who charges € 3,475 including VAT for the verification of the relevant thermal bridge situation (this includes 20 details) and charges € 79 for each possible additional detail calculation.
So compared to your figures, that seems very inexpensive to me.

Offer (gross) €2,680 for the complete energy consultation up to the energy certificate as part of the core renovation of a two-family house to KfW 55. Afterwards, only construction supervision €720 gross, if desired. Otherwise, necessary confirmation for the KfW within the framework of material and processing documentation based on invoices/photos. However, an additional €840 was added for the complete survey of the existing condition. This is omitted in the case of new construction.
