Cost of base plaster, is the plasterer's price reasonable or not?

I don’t think he measured correctly. Our house is 9.48m x 8.16m in size. The base will be plastered about 50 cm, it is 17.64m² + 2 windows in the light well in the basement, about 50cm on the side and about 20cm below, then we already come to about 20m². It is definitely not 28m²!
