Cost of a plot with a slight slope without a basement?

my wife and I would like to buy a plot of land in the near future, which has a slight slope. We have not planned a basement.
According to the development plan, the contour lines run in such a way that the area on which the house is to stand within the building envelope has a slope of about 1 meter. (from house corner to house corner on the longitudinal side)
Since the house is to be built without a basement, I wanted to ask how to deal with the sloping terrain and what additional costs we might face for extra soil, reinforcement, compaction, etc.

A 10% slope as an example is already borderline, you should budget for an additional €8,000-10,000. Have a civil engineer make you an offer.

But a property on a hillside certainly looks nice!

Also consider any possible precipitation that flows down the slope. Nowadays, I would no longer rely on any dimensioned pipes but rather give the water the chance to run down the slope past my house.

Additional costs: I would assume at least 10,000 €. It also depends on the type of soil; you can partially reuse it or you may have to remove it completely.
