Cost for a one-and-a-half-story house / approx. 160 - 170 m² / basement?

So, with the construction company we will be building with, the most expensive house costs 330,000, it is 180 m² in size, with a basement, turnkey including painting work and floor coverings, and it is a KfW 55 efficiency house with pellet heating. If you choose a house model with about 160 m², there are still reserves for a garage and terrace or for additional building costs. We will build a house with about 110 m² and it costs 238,000 turnkey with special requests. The company is also in Baden Württemberg.
