Hello everyone,
we would need your great help once again :)
Maybe someone can share their experience regarding a rough cost estimate for the renovation of an existing property.
We have taken a quick look at the property and could get the contract if we act fast.
Since we have actually only dealt with the topic of new construction for the past few weeks, we cannot realistically estimate at the moment
what to expect in terms of renovation costs.
But of course, we need a rough figure of the renovation costs for the bank.
Maybe someone can give us a tip?
That would be super helpful.
The following points need to be mentioned about the house:
Detached solid house, company Zenz, built in 1988
98 sqm / 3 rooms / basement
Oil heating / gas connection installed in the house
Nothing has been renovated since 1988 / good condition
The following points would have to be done as the first step:
Oil heating would have to be replaced by gas or another heating system
One exterior wall is to have a window front with 3 terrace French doors (part of the wall would have to be broken through, as only 2 windows and one terrace door are currently installed) + radiator installation
Floors to be newly installed (laminate and tiles) (own work)
Wallpapering (own work)
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub should be functionally renovated, approx. 6 sqm
Doors to be sanded and repainted (approx. 6 pcs)
Wooden windows to be painted from black to white (possibly own work)
New wooden stair railing
Concrete stairs to be clad with wooden steps (own work)
Wooden ceilings to be removed in 2 rooms
We would be very grateful for your assessment!!!!
