Hello,
Every provider *must* pay attention to their appearance; not just the regional home builder.
Then you can drive to a construction area near you and ask the homeowners there about their experiences; information first-hand.
You can also ask your banker about experiences in dealing with different providers...
Many roads lead to Rome. Irony mode on: Just imagine you wanted to buy a new and very expensive car, then reliable information will work out as well.
Rhineland greetings
Hello construction expert, where would I find, check, and compare these supraregional providers? The advantage of regional providers is that you can ask people who have already done a project with this provider, and that a regional provider has to pay close attention to its reputation. That means less botched work.
