I think you should inform yourself a bit more. Your prices never add up.
Let's take the tile price of 25€/m², which doesn’t sound too bad at first.
Then we subtract the tile adhesive, the primer, the grout, the silicone, the sealing, and the necessary tools like diamond core bits and small items, leaving an effective price of maybe 10€/m². For that, you can get the cheap ones at the hardware store, also called garage tiles.
The same applies to wall surfaces and many other trades...

Hello, my question is approximately how high are the costs for interior finishing, urgent because the next few interested parties are coming soon.

Time pressure is the worst possible advisor I can imagine!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything suitable on Google and hope you can help me a little. We have set a limit for the construction financing, i.e. 130,000 - 150,000 euros. I hope the sellers will still go down to 80,000 euros purchase price.

No one can give you a binding answer to that either.

If your seller does not want to take advantage of you, he will agree if you go through the building with an expert. Depending on the scope of the assignment, up to €1,000.00; after that you will surely know whether a purchase is worthwhile or not. Everything else is, in my opinion, irresponsible.
