I think you should inform yourself a bit more. Your prices never add up.
Let's take the tile price of 25€/m², which doesn’t sound too bad at first.
Then we subtract the tile adhesive, the primer, the grout, the silicone, the sealing, and the necessary tools like diamond core bits and small items, leaving an effective price of maybe 10€/m². For that, you can get the cheap ones at the hardware store, also called garage tiles.
The same applies to wall surfaces and many other trades...
