Cost estimate for earthworks

I have been following this forum for quite some time.

In June, we decided to build with the company Massivhaus Mittelrhein. Apart from some disagreements, everything has been going quite well so far.

Now, in week 46, the earthworks are scheduled, and we have received the following offer:

soil report, deliver and install,
as well as conduct a dynamic
plate load test
at 2 measuring points.
(Materials delivered free on site)


Infrastructure for single-family house €3,715.00
Constructed according to plan specifications.
Includes:
Wastewater fittings in KG
DN 150 and DN 100, deliver and
install.
Inspection shaft system in KG DN
400/300 including cast iron cover class B,
deliver and install. Including filling sand
and all expenses free on site.


Is this offer okay? Can someone tell me something about it?


The following conditions:

Excavation 50 cbm
Bedding cushion 50 cbm

Foundation pit 17x11m

Should be fine. The drainage costs are similar for us, except for 100-200€. The earthworks too. You will probably store the excavated soil entirely on the property; if not, the removal will cost you. For us, about €15 per cbm. Cannot estimate the foundation cushion (since a lot is mixed here).

Remember that the excavation material also has to go somewhere. Or do you intend to keep it?

Founding cushion at 37€ per ton I find too expensive. For us, it was gross 20€ per ton. Likewise the pure excavation, that was only a few hundred euros for a much deeper pit. Maybe ask a pure earthworks company sometime. Of course, it is not guaranteed that you will find someone at the moment who does it at a fair price.
