Hello everyone,

I fully understand that no one can give me a concrete price here, since it depends on the respective property.

I would already be helped by experience values from similar properties that could give me a rough orientation - I currently cannot go with a demolition contractor / waste disposal company to the property to get a concrete offer, since it does not belong to me yet and the tenant (from the seller) should not yet know that a sale is pending.

It is a typical single-family house from the 1950s in Baden-Württemberg with exterior dimensions of about 8 m x 8 m - 1.5 stories, classic brick construction, wooden beam ceiling (with slag filling), fully basemented. Additionally, a wooden shed of about 5 m x 6 m also covered with bricks.

There are also 5 night storage heaters from the 1960s in the house (probably containing asbestos).

I am also happy about concrete tips on demolition and/or waste disposal companies.

Regards,

Dirk
