Cost estimate attic expansion

Well, the question is basically what the bathroom is supposed to cost. A bathroom costs between 5-50k euros. When I keep reading this here. Just the material for the extension of the heating will probably be around 1-2k. Buy some Pex pipes and connectors plus 5 radiators and a super towel radiator.

I just find 140k mega exaggerated. Then you don’t lift a finger yourself. The planning is done by an architect and the rest by a company.

Just look at the pictures. I can easily sink 80-100k into that. And if it’s supposed to be done properly, add another 20-30k on top.

The house is about 30 years old, the tiles about 15 years.

Regarding the bathroom: about 7sqm, it should have a shower, tub, toilet, and a sink, all in standard execution.

The heating system is already designed for that but has been around for a few years.

I think you can spend quite a bit of money just on the roof. Since there isn't even an underlay beneath it, the insulation isn't that simple. You would then have to use at least waterproof insulation (Fa Bauder has something on offer), which usually consists of PU or PI foam. Of course, the best option would be to lift the roof and then cover it properly. You must seal the holes in any case.
