Cost comparison house construction

Hello everyone,

my name is Daniel, I come from NRW and have been dealing with the above-mentioned topic for a long time.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to obtain any information on this topic :wall:, that's why I came across this forum and hope you can help me :oops:

What is my plan, what information do I need .... !?!!?

My wish or goal is to get a cost comparison of the above-mentioned construction types.

The plan is a construction project, living area approx. 120 sqm, plot area 400 sqm -> solid construction over two levels, construction project is planned in Kamp-Lintfort (district Wesel).

What basic costs need to be considered (Kfw 70/low-energy house/zero-emission house) installation costs, manufacturing costs, what else should be considered ....

Are there prefabricated lists with costs/numbers that I can get from various construction companies? When I inquire with the individual companies, I am mostly brushed off with excuses :cry:

Reading something here on the HBF will enlighten you in many areas.

How should "prefabricated" lists look when every construction project is individual - even with supposed model houses?

What you are looking for you will not find with general or specialist contractors but exclusively with an architect. He will plan your construction project with you and then be able to name the approximate costs for an energy saving ordinance, KfW 70 up to the passive house. Once you have decided on an efficiency level, he will also handle the tendering for you - so you only need to commission the craftsman you trust for the respective trade. Always assuming you know your budget ;)
