well, I also find it partially very much if you don't have around 300sqm!
almost 30k for electrical? smarthome?
glazier and carpentry work for 55k?

It would be nice if you could explain your equipment a bit.
52k for the heating installation I also find a lot...

The architect fees would still be interesting. How much have you calculated as a percentage for earthworks? Do you have a soil survey report?

I agree with many of the previous speakers in terms of content and also consider the development costs to be very ambitious.

Not at all! My property was considered fully developed, which in Hessen means that all utilities must be accessible within a 150m radius. I only paid about 9,500 for water and electricity!
