Correlation of house construction price/wall system to resale value

As I said, I don’t know how it will be in the future. I also remember the time when paper bags were replaced by plastic bags so that the poor trees would not be cut down. A subsequent tax on sales, based on the way a house was built, I actually consider unlikely, but with our politicians, not impossible.

Only on the CO2 footprint. Or recyclability. In the commercial sector, people are already much further ahead – cradle to cradle, material registers for each individual object.

Just wanted to provoke some thought that the question might not be whether prefab houses will be worth less in the future, but quite the opposite. Perhaps because thinking will simply be different in the future.
