Construction partner for a duplex house project on a large plot in Schulzendorf wanted

Looking for building partners/ building family for a semi-detached house project on a large plot in 15732 Schulzendorf, southern commuter belt Berlin. Available immediately! No property developer involved. There are already (preliminary) discussions with construction companies, but no contracts or similar.

In the neighboring subcategory Grundstücksplanung, there is a pinned questionnaire at the top that you can fill out to tell us something about yourselves and the property. I personally find it clearest to delete the lines without answers. It is best to also mention (without link!) the applicable development plan.

Is the seller willing to sell the property in parts or to lease it by inheritance?

Well, it seems to be an art for you... however, I am not a 24-hour member of this forum. Is this questionnaire "mandatory" or can one also hope for positive reactions here without this questionnaire?
