Hello dear experts,
it's once again about the topic Carport.
We are planning a carport with an area of 7.75 x 4.1 meters.
This means the carport exceeds the 30 sqm that can be applied for with a waiver application. However, it is partially outside the building window.
However, the carport is to be built directly onto the existing house and thus under the house's roof overhang. This roof overhang covers 0.3 x 7.75 meters of the carport.
If you subtract this area, which is already covered anyway, you would be under the 30 sqm and thus within the scope of a simplified procedure with a waiver application.
My specific question: can the 0.3 x 7.75 meters of the roof overhang of our single-family house be deducted from the carport area?
Thanks in advance for your opinion
