Construction moisture, hanging ceiling, risk of mold?

Dear community, I need your help, we intend to suspend the ceiling on the ground floor of our new single-family house (almost) completely for lighting reasons. Now the question arises whether I am risking mold problems if there is no air circulation in the cavity between the suspended ceiling and the concrete ceiling? Specifically, I am thinking of the construction moisture that could not be removed from the cavity, can someone please give me an assessment and advice? Thank you very much.
