Hello to the OP,

My partner and I have now done it as described here. Due to the rather low number of plots and especially beautiful plots, we have quickly purchased our dream plot (considering many aspects) from equity at the beginning of the year.

House construction is planned for early 2018. Now it means saving again despite empty coffers and filling them up somewhat until the start of construction (for possible reserves etc.). Equity including the plot should then amount to 20% of the construction cost. Apart from possible influences and stones that lie in the way, I can also recommend buying one's plot in advance.

p.s. For example, we have a 4-year building obligation on the plot.

Regards, Andi
