Construction financing only through one spouse

I can only agree with my predecessors on that.
Urgently and immediately put all the cards on the table!
I would seriously wonder what else has been kept from me if I were in your wife’s situation.
Spouses should not have (such) secrets from each other – sooner or later, they will be found out anyway...
