Means over 20k€ more = several tens of thousands

An assumed monthly net income of 6,000€ is also ‚almost‘ 10,000€ :D

I come to a 20k difference with e.g. a 1800€ installment and 500k loan. The interest rate difference is also huge. With us, between 10 years and 15 years there were only 0.15%.

Several tens of thousands = at least €20,000. Does a foreigner now have to explain German to a German? 8-)

With 0.15% I would have preferred the 15 years 8-)

Apart from the fact that the interest savings can be used for repayment, which further reduces the interest risk (if one can even speak of it currently). But it also has to be done..

Why get annoyed right away? My understanding of words is relatively advanced;) The ‘typical’ German usually expects ‘mehrere’ to mean more than two, rather three or more.

Pissed off? Is there a camera somewhere in my apartment? It was more of an objective educational campaign on my part :-)
