Hello everyone,
just before the acceptance of our new building, it was found that the lowest stair step leading to the basement does not meet the standard. Now, one could replace the entire staircase - which, however, is not in our interest, as the move-in is already planned and the replacement would also be very time-consuming.
We could also live with it, as it is only the last stair step to the basement and the step is too low (not too deep) - the step comes earlier than expected when going down.
How much reduction in € would be justified from your point of view?
It has already been confirmed by the general contractor that there is a defect.
Best regards Oliver
