So 12m² of paving should cost 12,000-16,000 euros?!?

Berlin seems to be an expensive place...

12 m^2 paving for 12,000 euros?

And why the hell did I study?????

Well, if these aren't gold leaf-coated marble mosaics laid by one-armed voodoo priests under a full moon, that's more than just expensive. There's about a factor of 10 compared to a real price. That should already fulfill the criteria of usury....

You should ask again what they are really doing there, maybe the development costs are included after all?

And if the city wants to recover its airport costs there: Can't you have it done yourself? Or do you have to let the city do it?

Best regards,

Andreas

Hello,

For comparison:
In Hamburg, we paid just under €3,000 for our approximately 9m wide and 1.5m deep driveway crossing. This was done directly through a construction company. The city (the path supervisor) inspected it but was not the contractor.

Regards,
Michael

I would first check with the office to see if they might have made a mistake.
