Construction company without basement finishing (25m²) wanted

Hello,

unfortunately, we have decided to build a house without a basement, as among other things, the groundwater starts at about 2.20m.
In the planning of the utility room (Hauswirtschaftsraum), only a heat pump combination unit (heat pump + water tank) was considered.
However, we would like to use a heat pump, water tank, and buffer tank instead of the combination unit. The problem is that the utility room is too small for this.

Since we have a larger garden (Bauland), we had the idea to build a small basement there to solve the problem with the building technology devices and also to have some storage space.

We have been looking for months for a company that can build a basement of about 25m² for us.
Do you have any ideas or experience on how to find a company that can build such a basement for us?

Most companies so far have unfortunately declined due to the small size.

Why don't you build a shed, an extension, a garage....
How big is the HAR?

Alternatively, ask the bunker manufacturers. They offer small rooms that can be used as a technical room.

Is the building already constructed or still in planning?

If there is enough space, why bother with the basement?
This is presumably not easily possible or planned to be adjacent to the building anyway.
That also means "long" distances for buffer loading and unloading.
Why do you want to retrofit a buffer at all? Lockout periods? Too short operating times?
