Construction company wanted in the Ingolstadt - Munich area

So originally we wanted prefabricated construction - H v H was also considered since they have a house in the village. They were eliminated immediately after checking Google.

The disenchantment with two providers (not H v H) came quickly after talks with the "vacuum cleaner salespeople" and further research.

Poor advice, non-transparent prices, sometimes deliberately hiding costs and ultimately extremely arrogant prices and above all no real fixed prices.
Oh yes, and pseudo-bait offers for preliminary contracts were noticeable with our prefabricated house builders.
This certainly does not apply to all, but I think it is a general problem with many big ones - also solid construction.

We now have two local providers to choose from, with the gut feeling ranging between very good and good for the decision.
Both have so far been better in all respects, the offers are still in preparation, but it is clearly foreseeable that we will be served there more cheaply, more individually, and above all more personally.

In the end, a gamble and we are still at the beginning... but by now we are very optimistic.

H v H is already out, as they expect a waiting time of at least 1.5 years due to their order situation, maybe even 2 years. We don't want to wait that long until the house is built. Is H v H considered rather one of the cheaper providers or rather one of the more expensive ones?

Rather cheap, but even there you get what you order ....

But you will have to wait a long time everywhere, the question is only whether everyone tells you that honestly right away ....

Often people say yeah yeah we will start this year ... and then nothing happens ....

We also had to wait almost 1 year from the first draft until the start

So regarding construction time, it can also be faster with regional providers than with, for example, large ones. Construction times are sometimes defined from finished floor level, with the basement and floor slab then coming from third parties, etc.

Our impression is that price and quality do not necessarily have any meaningful significance. The large companies, in our impression, are rather specialized in "milking" and demand market prices that do not correspond to the value.

Hello Snowy! We are in a similar situation. Also between Ingolstadt and Munich. But we are still at the very beginning of our search. We would like a "mixture" of prefabricated house and solid house. At the moment we are taking a closer look at "Johanni Ziegelhaus". We have seen a show house in Poing there. I would be happy if we could exchange ideas a bit.
