Construction company wanted in the Ingolstadt - Munich area

Hello everyone,

we want to build a detached house with about 140 sqm without a basement on a plot south of Ingolstadt. We are currently looking for suitable construction companies that build solidly. Unfortunately, we have no experience in this regard and depend on your help to separate the wheat from the chaff.

So far, we have the following companies on our still short list that we might contact:

- Isar Haus from Munich
- Town & Country (partner is Feiner Hausbau GmbH)
- Wand Massivhaus
- MVS Ziegelbau
- Heinz von Heiden
- Lechner Massivhaus (company builds with klimaPOR. don’t know what to make of that)

Can you maybe tell me if these companies are recommendable and if they tend to build at a high price or rather cover the standard?

Do you have a tip for another company in the region to recommend? Thanks in advance!

I see no reason to object. Dennert Massivhaus, for example, builds with a similar system.

H v h was quickly dismissed after reviewing the evaluations and we also heard bad experiences afterwards.

PS: By the way, we will be building with a regional timber construction company and independent planning.

What was the deciding factor for the regional solid construction company?

Please no Heinz von Heiden.....you can gladly read something about it here in the forum.....there are 2 construction sites near us that we are observing.....somehow everything doesn't look very tidy....

I would also recommend trying it in parallel with free planning and the regional general contractor....
