Construction company sought in the Hanau/Frankfurt area for a single-family house

Hello everyone,

after it worked out quite spontaneously with a plot of about 500m², we are now slowly looking for a construction company for a single-family house with about 150m² of living space. Preferably something local, as I am a supporter of small businesses rather than letting the big ones get even bigger.

We are not in a hurry time-wise, we want to start at the end of 2020/beginning of 2021.

The most important point is that my wife and I are very busy in our jobs and therefore want to have almost everything done by the construction company, including floors/painting. Therefore, reliability and good site management would be very important, but I guess everyone wants that. Budget for move-in ready is about 340,000 EUR.

Please get in touch for tips. Gladly also if you have had your own building projects in the region. We want to build in the Offenbach/Dreieich/Heusenstamm/Obertshausen area.

Should the other three places just be roughly outlined for non-Hessians to indicate where Obertshausen is located?

Do not build in Obertshausen. Wanted to describe the surroundings, so I do not understand your comment!

Well, you see, and I did not understand why else one specific plot of land would have four place names.
