Construct basement walls (WU shell) in cold weather?

For a week now, we have not only been house planners but also house builders :)

We are building with a basement. The basement must be constructed as a "Weiße Wanne" due to the soil.
Last week was the start, and we were lucky. The floor slab (including foil, gravel, intermediate concrete, reinforcement, etc.) could be completed (by Friday).
This week the basement exterior walls are up next. According to the foreman, the exterior walls are to be poured on Wednesday.
Our goal is to complete the shell including the roof this year... It all depends on the weather, of course.
Now I have seen in the weather forecast that next week it will get cold with -2 to 4°C and additionally it is supposed to snow or rain.

Now we are unsure how to proceed with the upcoming weather.
For your information, we are building with architects. I want to address this issue with him tomorrow to get his assessment of the coming days.
Has anyone of you had experience with such weather?
Can you give us a recommendation on whether we should have the basement exterior walls done in the upcoming weather?
Is there anything we might need to consider?

Just take a look at the specifications of the cement manufacturer. I think it will say something about at least 5 degrees Celsius. I would definitely get that in writing.
