Connection of light shafts to basement wall

Hello,

I recently noticed that at the connection of the light wells to the basement wall made of WU concrete, the insulation is apparently visible. Is this technically correct or a defect? I would be grateful for any advice.

With us, pressure-resistant shafts are used, which are to be attached directly to the wall, then the insulation comes afterwards. Do you have "only" WU, or also the pressure-resistant shafts? "Normal" ones can, to my knowledge, also be placed on the insulation.

The images are not entirely clear to me: I do not recognize any light wells, but to me it looks as if there are white panels in front of the windows (?)

The dark yellow is probably the insulation layer, whose joint edges likewise represent the "reveal"?

Their joint edges therefore appear to me as "open" wounds, which does not seem professional.

But I’m afraid one has to connect the meaning in the situation and my "recognition" of the images with "or" here :-(
