Hello,
we want to build a "normal" single-family house approx. 10x12m with 2 full floors. We also want a spacious double garage of about 6x6m and separately a workshop since we have 3 seasonal/oldtimer vehicles. The workshop should be about 80-100sqm and separate from the normal double garage. (The workshop should be about 9x10m roughly depending on whether it will share a boundary wall or not – I want to use this to park the vehicles and set up a workbench etc., store bicycles, etc. – building without a basement) From the floor area ratio perspective, this is all no problem.
The plot/building window is square approx. 30x30m and has parallel street access.
If possible, I would like to build the workshop in the second row, but at the moment I lack ideas on how to connect it, since I would like the property from the street side to be perceived as a "normal" single-family house with double garage.
The garage should be connected to the house; the workshop can be attached to the house as well, but this is not a must.
Looking forward to your ideas.
Best regards
Michael
