For this, there is for example uniflot or with regular plaster and joint tape.

What and how does the manufacturer of your drywall panels say.

According to Knauf, you can also use acrylic, for example. But where do you want to smear it in, they are pressed together.

With us, the panels were also made almost without a gap. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that this is fine and that the panels would at most "move" with the roof structure. I had asked whether the panels might press sideways against the wall due to thermal expansion if they fit block to block with the wall. I almost believe that neither is optimal: a large gap, no gap.

We are also supposed to seal the joints with acrylic. However, with us, a flat edge strip was also integrated, which protrudes about 4cm into the room.
