That a contractor gives their customers recommendations for financial mediation is not objectionable and is as acceptable as a financial purchase in a furniture store.

A compulsory tie-in, if you want to build with me, you have to finance there, should make all the red lights in the builder's mind flash brightly. From such businessmen one should gain one thing: distance!

In developer projects, almost everyone handed us "their" card for a financial intermediary; but rather with the note that they had good experiences with them. However, never with the stipulation that no contract could be made without them.

One person told us that a certain bank was not well regarded. There are always difficulties with the processing time of the construction progress reports. And that would be somehow bad for everyone involved.

With prefabricated houses, we experienced 2-3 times that the financier practically had their office inside the prefabricated house. But it was not mandatory there either.



What would also worry me in this context is the closeness of BU to the land. (in terms of real estate transfer tax)
