Confirmation of Application (BZA) Number Received - Requirements (KfW 40, 297)

Hello,
the following matter: We want to build a solid house with ETICS and want to arrange the financing in parallel. The financier now wants the confirmation for the application (BZA) number from us, so we approached an energy consultant.
He has now sent us a list of documents he needs from us. Among other things, a room book and description of building elements (interior and exterior doors, windows, stairs). In the room book, we have to enter, for example, which tiles and tile adhesive, which wallpaper with which exact color (manufacturer/product) will be used.

Question: Do I really have to specify all this now? I don't yet think about whether I will use Brillux or Alpina, let alone have I chosen tiles or even know which tile adhesive the tiler will use.

We also have to indicate which stairs with what type of railing will be installed. The sample selection is still to come...

Is that correct? Do you need all this information at this early stage just to get a confirmation for the application (BZA) number?
