Good advice from the elephant. Our community completely misunderstood, which resulted in very high costs for height compensation for half of the properties. The other half had no problems. I would be careful there!

Explain that in more detail, especially why it was only annoying for one half.

The inspection chamber is set too deep and the street was not properly cleared between the parcels. Therefore, the height structure does not fit and there is a high cost for support and drainage.

Hello

Maybe go into some detail!
Could it be that a company was commissioned to develop the plots. And to maximize profit, they placed the topsoil elsewhere and dumped excavated material instead?
This could be clarified with the municipality. Because they also don't like being taken for a ride.

No. The construction site only comes about through the house building... ... so all investments and effort would be for nothing.

Nature takes everything back. Even if the vegetation is flattened now, by the time you start building, the jungle will be back again. Besides, we're talking about relatively peanuts here.
