Hello dear forum!
I have another question about a project you already helped me with so well recently. It concerns the listed pavilion in our garden, which I would like to have converted into living space, then finished inside and rented out. (see thread ) Now I have a question regarding the access way to this pavilion.
Our property is located on a hill, and the street passing by it also has an incline, as it leads up the hill. From the street, there is a ramp or driveway about 15 meters long leading up to the property. This ramp would need to be used to reach the entrance door of the pavilion. However, the ramp is no longer in the best condition, as some of the paving stones have settled – so it’s a bit bumpy. We ourselves regularly use the ramp as access and there are no problems (for example, no twisting an ankle or anything like that).
Now I am wondering whether the building authority will also include the access in the course of the planned conversion of this pavilion into living space or insist on a renovation regarding this? What do you think?
I have attached a sketch of the path..
