Hello everyone, we were shocked to find that we have moisture in the screed on 2 support pillars as well as on the floor between the insulation (glass wool) and the wooden floor!
The screed itself, or the roof, is not insulated.
The ceiling of the upper floor, or the floor of the screed, is insulated as follows:
Thermal insulation with glass wool, insulation thickness 180mm.
Wooden sliding ladder as attic access. Ceiling covering with paneling 13mm.
In addition, we always have wet edges on the windows in all living rooms.
We fear that the screed floor, or the ceiling of the upper floor, is starting to develop mold and begin to rot. How can something like this be fixed?
Thank you very much for your help!
