Hello everyone,
we moved into our single-family house with a central ventilation system (model ValloPlus 350 SC R) last year. Since then, I have had two ongoing problems that I don't know the cause of or how to fix:
Problem 1: The condensate on the right (outside air) side only drains when the ventilation system is turned off (negative pressure)? As soon as it is switched off, there is gurgling and the water drains. During operation, however, it accumulates. What could be the cause and what can I do about it? It almost seems as if there is negative pressure, could that be the case?
Problem 2: On the left side (see photo), condensate also forms, partially standing 1-2 cm high in the ventilation system. However, there is no drain here due to the separation under the heat exchanger. How can this be? Should no condensate form here at all, which is why no drain is provided? And also here: what can I do about it?
It would be great if someone has experience with this and can maybe help.
In any case, many thanks in advance and a Happy New Year 2025!
Regards, Nils
PS: I regularly remove the mold that forms; I took the photos for illustration before cleaning.
