Competent, creative architect wanted in the Ruhr area

No dormers, rather a long rectangular house, slightly extended living room (the lowered roof forms a porch in the narrower part) - I've posted plans here several times already. Currently on the go.

Tried to find them and failed. But it's not urgent anyway!

What does your development plan say about the eaves height?

Thank you, Behaelja! The development plan doesn’t really say anything, kbt, but tomorrow the office will be grilled, then hopefully we’ll know more. But nobody knows an architect on site???
