Comparison prefab house/solid construction house

we are also planning to build a single-family house in the near future. We are still in the early stages of our considerations. That means we are still thinking about whether to choose a prefabricated house or a solid construction house. Above all, we would be interested in a rough estimate of the costs. What could one approximately save with a prefabricated house, if at all? Maybe someone can provide approximate figures here. Here are the key data of our intended house: about 160 m² living space, fully basement (utility basement), double garage, upscale fittings. The house is to be built in southern Baden-Württemberg. So far, we have roughly looked at the prefabricated house manufacturers Weberhaus and Schwörerhaus. For solid house manufacturers, possibly OPTA-Haus and M3-Massivhaus (although I have read mostly negative experiences about them here so far).
It would be great if I could get some information here.

Hello, we are also currently looking around and researching. Our choice fell on an Okal prefabricated house (this is not meant to be covert advertising) because they also offer us the plot of land, which is located exactly in the area (fully developed) that we prefer. Otherwise, we would have to find a plot ourselves, and then it wouldn’t have this unbeatable view. And just for the plot alone, we would pay more per square meter. In advance, we have already met with an Okal house consultant who broke down the costs for us. So in our case, our new house including ancillary construction costs and the mentioned plot would cost about 270,000 euros, with EVERYTHING (turnkey) included, so with a small bay window that we chose and the other costs that would come in addition to the actual house price. The house has about 140 m² of living space and 70 m² of utility space, is fully basemented, and has a plot of 380 m². However, we will have the construction description examined by an independent expert.

Hello Clemens, I want to know who put the idea in your head that you can build cheaper with a prefab house compared to a solid house. If you have ideas about how your house should look and which construction services you want, then simply get price quotes for your house as a solid house and as a prefab house.
