Hello everyone,

if there are painters or experts here who can say something about this, that would be great.
It’s about a large double garage, uninsulated 24 cm sand-lime brick and clad with facing bricks on the outside and a gable roof. It is a new building.
I plan to paint it. Plaster was too expensive for the size.
Is facade paint suitable for this, e.g., Pufas silicone resin paint with appropriate primer?
The drywall installer said it would peel off and trap moisture. However, it must be possible to find a durable paint for the substrate.
I would be grateful for tips.
Regards, Stinson

That works. But the Atmende-Wände faction will always see a problem with that.

Otherwise, use silicate paint.

Thank you for the tip! Can a silicate facade paint also be used here or should it definitely be one for indoor use?

Slaked lime. 1000 cow barns can't be wrong.

Plastering yourself not an option?

Phew, it's pretty high, huh.
As a beginner, I'll manage that without transitions.
