Hello everyone,

we are currently discussing which color is best for the exterior window sills. Our windows are quartz gray (RAL 7039). The roller shutters/blinds are gray aluminum (RAL 9007).

I would try to match the window color as much as possible (right in the picture) so that there aren't too many different colors. My wife finds the "black" window sill on the left in the picture nicer.
Thank you for your opinions.

Hello. That's a matter of belief. Both look good, but I would still prefer the lighter one on the right in the picture. No intention of stepping on your wife's toes :-)) Best regards

Better listen to your wife ...

Personally, I can't quite imagine the overall picture. Intuitively, I would also choose the lighter windowsill.

The darker, the hotter in summer. If accessible to children, learning by pain is preprogrammed

Both look like a good choice. The lighter one has more "life," no one would believe that someone tried to match the tone and failed. I think I would choose the lighter one.
