Color difference between window and windowsill

Hello everyone.

Our windows are (according to the window manufacturer) RAL7016.
Our window sills (these were installed by the company that did the exterior plastering (only God knows why)) are supposedly also RAL7016.
They are plastic windows and aluminum window sills.

But the color difference is extreme!

Do I have to accept it like this?

The difference, now subjectively perceived as extreme, will certainly relativize over time. The angle of light incidence also differs between the frame and the window.

Personally, I think it looks good. However, I was stingy myself and chose the silver window sills for the anthracite-colored windows.

Well, that's how color matching goes. It's always just "similar to RAL XXXX."
You can't get an exact match anyway, because of different materials, different suppliers, etc.

Our first purchase in the house building project was a RAL color fan K5 Classic. That's the reference, then the trades provide sample pieces to compare. Otherwise, it's a lottery, as you are experiencing now.

Who would you want to hold liable now? Who deviates more from the desired color tone?

Yo doesn't look that great, but as said, it mostly only says similar ral xx everywhere. That's why we also avoided combining the same shades on different components, it always looks like trying but failing.

Maybe a really stupid question. Are those water spots/puddles, snowflakes with cleaning spots on the windowsill, or is there possibly a film on it that needs to be peeled off? Unfortunately, I can't tell from the picture.

Well, 2 different materials, so other colors are possible too, I personally don't find that bad, but honestly, you won't see it anymore in 2 weeks.
