Hello
We are currently in the shell construction phase and have received a red clinker brick. The clinker is the Depp, water-struck red - multicolored. We have a white, slightly yellowish tinted mortar joint. The bricks are relatively uneven in size.
When I look at the wall now, I have the impression that the person doing the joints worked very untidily. Some bricks look smudged. Not much, but a little bit. What should I do? What could I deduct per square meter and can I still get the bricks clean after cleaning the joints?
Also, under a fat joint there is a 4 cm gap where no brick fit below. Does something like this have to be closed? Should I insist on that?
I would be very happy to receive a few answers!
