Clear ceiling height in new buildings - costs?

Thanks for the feedback. My general contractor returns from vacation on 01/06. Then I will request an adjustment to 2.75m raw construction height, i.e. 12.5cm more.

After a brief consultation with our general contractor, he has changed the clear raw construction height from 2.635m to 2.76m at no extra charge.

As a result, we will then have a "finished" room height of 2.60m.
