If you want smooth walls without [Malervlies], then you probably have to go for Q4.

I mean, there’s a reason why there are different quality levels. And perfectly even and smooth is simply associated with the highest effort.

I think we paid 4000 euros for Q3, and then my husband spent a few more days filling and sanding...

Have the standard produced and if you don't like it, the painter can fully plaster. Or have a test room made and decide then. The delivered qualities are simply too different, no matter what is stated on them.

Set a standard and then decide was something I also considered, but in the apartment building it is done the same way for everyone and material is provided, for example, via silo. If I then come with my request, progress could be delayed again. The additional work steps for Q2 in Q3 would then mean another appointment with the plasterers, and whether everything will work out "at short notice" is the question. I lack the experience for that.

From the gut, I already hear "Yes, then we'll come back in 3 weeks, before that we don't have the material and the time."
