Just like with concrete ceilings: formwork, meaning support at the side, screed on top, and then the railing on the screed

You don't have to lay the insulation in the [og] all the way to the stairwell opening but stop 10-15cm before it. At the stair opening, the screed is then about 20cm thick and you can securely fasten the railing.
