House design
By whom is the planning:
-Do-it-Yourself
What do you like especially? Why? Living and dining room, bright and open
What do you not like? Why? Stairs placement
Price estimate according to architect/planner:
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 450 thousand Euro
Preferred heating technology: air heat pump
If you have to do without, on which details/expansions
-you can do without:
-you cannot do without:
Why is the design the way it is now? The idea of room sizes was implemented. All rooms and sizes were taken into account.
Bad: stairs in the living room and no pantry, door on the side
What is the most important/fundamental question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?
Is this design practical for normal everyday life?
Can you live with children if the stairs are in the living room?
If we build a 5*6 carport in the north, will we still get south light if the distance to the neighbor is only 6m? Should we rather plan fewer windows to the south?
Further advice and comments are of course welcome!!
Thank you very much!
